.:.:... . . ...... . .. . . ..,,.......F. ......... .. . . .. ... . . ..... .. _... ..... . . ... . . . . . . . . . <br />? <br /> <br />CITY OF NO1tTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 64- <br />be and ths same is hereby amended to read as follaws: <br />Page 2 <br />Section 1; That the State, of C3hio, Department of Highways <br />be $nd is hereby respectfully requested to permit the re-Iocafiion of the <br />present eccaess pofnt to Brookpark Raad at the intersectian of Fleharty Avenue <br />and Brookpark Road to a point 748.74 feet East of the centerline of Fleharty <br />Av?enue which new pofnt will be #he centerline of Pin Oak DrLne, proposed, <br />with an 80 foot right-of-way and s 48 foot pavemen# and the discontfnuance <br />and elimination of the present access goint at Fleharty Avenue. <br />That the Staie of C3hio is hereby advfsed that in the event they <br />are made a party in any Iaw suits as a result of movfng the access point as <br />aforesaid that the City of North Olmsted wtll defend the State of Qh#o in said <br />law suits and wili pay any judgments recovered against the State of Ohio. <br />That an engineer's sketch o£ the area, wi3h ai3 points <br />clearly indicated, is attachecl hereto and made a part hereof. <br />• Section 2: WHEREFORE, this Resolutian shall take effect <br />fmmediately from and after its passage, otherw3se, at the earliest period <br />ailawed by iaw, <br />PASSED: <br />Francis J.
