That the form of ballota to be cast at such <br />election ahall be as follows: <br />A majority affirmative vote ie necessary for paeaage. <br />_ An additional tax for the benefit of the City of North <br />Olmsted for recreational purposes at a rate not exceeding f ive- <br />tenths mills (.5 mills) for each dollar of vi uation, which amounts <br />to five cents (5?) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for <br />f ive (5) years. <br />FOR THE TAX LEVY AGAINST THE TAX LEVY <br />• I . <br />Section 2.
