CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 64' <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE TEMPORARY POSITION OF <br />TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR" FOR THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT; FIXING COMPENSATION <br />THEREFOR, AND DECLARING AN EMERGEIVCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohia <br />Section 1: That Council having determined the necessity <br />for such actian, hereby creates the temprorary position of "Technical Supervisor" <br />for the City of North Olmsted Sewage Treatment Plant, and fixes the compensation <br />for said position at Fifty Dollars ($50. 00) per month for which said "Technical <br />Supervisor" shall serve two (2) days per month at the North Olmsted Sewage <br />Treatment Plant and be available for advice and consullation. <br />Section 2: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />o emergency measure necessary for :he preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare o± the City by virtue of the immediate necessity of having <br />tnis position crea+.ed to conform with the requirements of the Department of <br />Health, State of Ohio. <br />Section 3: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon it s passage, otherewise, at the earliest period allowed <br />by law. <br />PASSED: <br />Francis J.
