CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTiON tTo. 64- <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHOFdZING THE DIRECTCROF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />A MOSQUITO FOGGER FOR USE WITHIN THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLM=TED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, Council of the City of North OlmsLed, has received <br />? many complaints regarding the numerous amounts of mosquitoes within the <br />City of North Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS, Council has determined that the present equipment <br />is insufficient to control the spread of mosquitoes within the city of North <br />Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS, Council wishes to oontrol and alleviate the condition <br />which exists as a result of the mosquitoes within the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLUED by the Council of the City <br />of Nocth Olmsted, State of Ohio; <br />Section 1: ?,That the Director of Public Service and Public <br />? Safety be and he is hereby authorized to a dvertise for bids for a mosquito <br />fogqer in accordance with the plans and specifications now on file in his <br />office. <br />Section 2; That this Resolution is hereby declared tc:a be <br />an emerqency measure necessary for the preservation of the public pr;.ace, <br />•health, and safety of the City, WHEREFORE, this R,esolution shal? take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passaqe, otherwise, at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />PASSED:??
