I Page 2 <br />? <br />P? <br />(1) One Chief of Fire Department <br />(2) One Assistant Chfef of Fire Depactment <br />(3) Four Lieutenants of Fire Department <br />(4) Such number of regular and full time firemen as determined . <br />by the Director of Public Safety, to be classified as follows: <br />Firemen: First Class- regular and full time firemen <br />having continuous service of more than two years. <br />Firemen Secord Class - regular and full time firemen <br />having continuous secvice of two years. <br />Firemen Third Class - regular and full time firemen having <br />continuous service of one year. <br />(5) Such number of part time firemen as determined by the <br />Safety Director, not exceeding twenty-five. <br />Section 2: That Title 5, Chapter 141, Section 141.02 The <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted as originally passed be <br />and the same is hereby repealed effective with the effective date of this <br />ordinance. Section 3: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation : of the public welfdre, peace, <br />health and safety by virtue of the increased population within the City of North <br />Olmsted requirinq additional lieutenants within the compliment of the Fire <br />Department of the City of Nocth Olmsted: WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: 7 ol b?l <br />0 <br />Francis J.
