<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />a <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64- <br />BY c-o,.t <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />NOREEN SUBI7IVISION, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />? WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has heretofore <br />reviewed and approved proposed improvement plans for the Noreen Subdivision <br />and the Engineer has advised this Council that said plans meet the requirements <br />of the Ordinance and Resolutions of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council does hereby approve the <br />improvement plans for Noreen Subdivision and finds that said plans meet <br />the requirements of the Ordinances and Resolutions of the City of Nocth <br />Olmsted. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the public peace, safety and welfare by <br />• virtue of the immediate necessity of approving the within improvement plans <br />so that the orderly development of the City may proceed as rapidly as possible ; <br />WHEREFORE, upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law, <br /> <br />Francis J.
