CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64 <br />BY C.a.4? <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHOI2IZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />THE CHIPPING AND TARRING OF CERTAIN ROAD9r' WITHIN <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, AND DECLARING AN <br />EM ERGE N CY. <br />WHEREAS, Council has been advised by the Director of <br />Public Seivice and Public Safety that there are certain roads within the City <br />of North Olmsted requiring an additional top layer, and <br />s <br />WHEREAS, Council has been further advised that in order <br />to repair said roads and to make them useable to the citizens of North Olmsted, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Council wishes to maintain roads within the <br />City of North Olmsted in an excellent condition for the use of the citizens <br />of North Olrrsted. • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Notth Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Service and Public <br />Safety be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the chipping <br />and tarring of certain roads within the City of North Olmsted in accordance <br />with the plans and specifications now on file in his office. <br />3ection 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safety and welfare of the City: WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall - <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PAS S E D: ?? 7. j9 6 y <br />Franci J.
