CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 64-114, <br />ENACTED MAY 19, 1964, ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING, FOR RECORD PURP03ES ONLY, THE PLAT <br />OF WELSCH SUBDIVISION, PROPOSED, PRENIOUSI.Y KNOWN <br />AS SUBLOTS 31 to 34 INCLUSNE IN LEELAND SUBbIVISION <br />NO. 3, AND DECLAHING AN EMERGENCY." <br />. <br />is <br />• <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by virtue of Resolution No. 64-114 Council accepted the <br />plat of Welsch Subdivision, proposed, and <br />WHEREAS, at the time of passinq the abave Resolution, George and <br />Rita Welsch did not have title to certain lands to be dedicated to the City of <br />North Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS, George and Rita Welsch have naw acquired title to the <br />lands to be dedicated to the City of North Olmsted for street purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, said Welsch Subdivlsion contains twelve sublots and one <br />street knawn as West 230th Street, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been heretofore approved by the Planninq <br />Commission and the City Enqineer; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Section 1: That this Council hereby determines that the plat of <br />Welsch Subdivision, proposed, meets all of the requirements of the Ordinances <br />and Resolutions of the City of North Olmsted, and therefore, approves said <br />plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare and that such emergency exists by virtue of the faet that it is <br />essential that the orderly development of the City be permitted to proceed at <br />the earliest possible date; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its passage, othenn?ise, at the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />PASSED: 01 t, /& y <br />ATTEST: <br />Margaret West, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />Ralph E.
