CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 64-_,l ?a . State of Ohio: BY BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, • i Section 1: That it is necessary to construct sidewslks in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, in accordance with the plans, specifications and estimates of cost therefor prepared by the City Enqineer and naw on file in the office of the Clerk of Council and in the follawing locations: A RESOLUTION DECLAItING THE NECESSITY OF EONSTRUCTING CERTAIN SIDEWALKS IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, REQUIRING THAT ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS CONSTRUCT THE SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. 1. Stearns Road from Olmsted Township to Lorain Road. 2. McKenzie Road from Olmsted Tawnship to Larain Road. 3. Kennedy Ridqe Road from Butternut Ridge Road to Great Northern Boulevard. 4. Columbia RQad (west side ) from Butternut Ridqe to a connection of existing sidewalks in the area of Columbia Road and Mastick Rd. 5. Columbia Road from Mitchell Drive to Lorain Road (west side.) 6. The unsidewalked area on the south side of Lorain Road from a point east of Barton Road Easterly to the Fai:view Park line. 7. The unsidewalked portions of the south side of Maple Ridge Road east of Walter Road to Claque Road. 8. The portions of Coe Avenue ncr th of Elm Road that do not have sidewalks. Section 2: That the plans, specifications and estimate of cost for said construction as heretofore filed be and the same are hereby approved. Section 3: That the awners of all lots and land bounding and abutting upon the proposed sidewalks shall construct, in accordance with the plans and specifications now on file, the portion of such sidewalks abutting on their respective properties within a period of thirty (30) days after service of notice of the passage of this Resolution; and, if such construction shall not be completed within such period of thirty (30) days then this Council shall have the same done and the entire cost thereof shall be assessed upon the property of each defaulting owner and made a lien thereon, to be collected in the manrier provided by law, with penalty and interest as provided by law. Section 4; T}2at the Clerk of this Council is directed to cause a written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be secved as required by law. Section 5: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emerqency measure riecessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety by virt%w of the need for the immediate construction of 0
