s CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 64-_jLj_ BY VI aJ" _ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-95 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A$OARD TO REPORT ESTIMATED ASSESSMENTS OF CERTAIN STREETS AN D LAN DS TO PAY THE COST OF CONSTRUCTTON SANITARY SEWERS THEREIN, REPEALING . RESOLUTION NO. 61- 163, ENACTED AUTUST 21, 1961, AND DECLARIIVG AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, by Ordinance 62-95 enacted June 5, 1962, Council appointed an Equalization Assessment Board consisting of three members, and WHEREAS, by 4rdinance 63-15 a new member was appointed to fill the vacancy created by the resignation , for health reasons, of Robert Burghardt, and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6345, set forth the name of George Plum as the freeholder appointed to t ake Robert Burghardt's place when it should be Russell Plumb, and WHEREAS, DeWitt Henney, a member of the board has rnoved from • North Olmsted and is no longer a freeholder within the City of North Olmsted, and WHEREAS, john West, has resigned from the Equalization Assess- ment Board, and WHEREAS, there are now two vacancies in the Equalization Assess- ment Board which necessitates Council appointing two freeholders of the City of North Olmsted to the Board. 0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio: Section 1. That Council hereby appoints Catroll Eian, and Robert Burghardt as the new members to serve with Russell Plumb on the Equalization Assessment Board created by Ordinance 62-95 to estimate the assessments to be charged aqainst certain lots and lands as set forth in Ordinance 61-28 and all subsequent amendments to it, for the impmvements of streets by the construction of sanitary sewers; said assessments to be estimated as nearly as may be to the benefit that may result to the improvements of the lots and lands to be assessed. Section 2. That Council hereby authorize the payment by the Director of Finance out of the Sewer Assessment Fund to said Carroll Eisn . and Robert Burghardt and Russell Plumb, the members of the estimating board, compensation at a rate of $2.75 per hour. Section 3. That this Ordinance by its passage hereby corrects and repeals Ordinances Nos. 62-95 and 63-15.
