CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64-? <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING, FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY, <br />THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS PARK RIDGE WEST <br />SUBDIVISION, AND DECLARIW, AN EMERGENCY. <br />? WHEREAS, the plat of Park Ridge West Subdivision has <br />heretofore been filed with the Planning Commission and by it referred to <br />the Council and said plat containe 89 Sublots and six streets, to wit: <br />Christman Drive, Stafford Drive, Stewart Drive, Somerset Drive, Sutton <br />'yY <br />Drive and Hastings Drive, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by thePlanning <br />Commission and the City Engfneer as being in conformance to the <br />ordinances and resolutions of this City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLUED by the Council of <br />the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council, having been advised that <br />• the Planning Commission has approved the plat of Park Ridge West Subdivision <br />and that the same has the approval of the City Engineer and that it meets the <br />requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted, <br />hereby approves said plat for record purposes only. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />• peace, safety and welfare, by virtue of the necessity of giving immediate <br />approval to said plat in order that the orderly development of the City may <br />proceed as rapidly as possible; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the <br />' earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ? <br />Francis J.
