COOK, <br />OF THE OBJECTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0P <br />NORTFl OLMSTED, OHIO TO APPLICATION #I 45899 IN THE <br />NAME OF OHIO PIZZA CORP, AND DECLARINIG AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 4303.261 of the Reviaed <br />Code of Ohio, the North Olmated Legialative Authority waa notif ied <br />of application #I-45899 for a D-1 permit in the name of Ohio PizZa <br />Corporation, 26127 Lorain Road, North, Olmated, and <br />WHEREAS, Section 4303.261 of the Revised Code of <br />Ohio provides for the Legislativt Authority',to object to tht <br />issuance of an application for a liquor permit within thirty <br />days of the date of the notification of such application; <br />Section 1: NOW, THEREP'ORE, BE IT reaolvad that <br />the Council of the City of North Olansted, OhioErmft does hereby <br />its right to object to the issuance of a D-1 p PPlied for <br />under APPhi0lmsted?I0hio99and doesOdirectstheCClerk of261Council27 <br />Rd., Nor <br />send by certif ied mail : <br />(1) TWO cert if ied copies of thig Reaolut ion of <br />Objection, and - <br />(2) Two signed statementa in writing, liating the <br />reasons for the ob3ection, <br />11 <br />0 <br />and prays that the Department of Liquor Control set a time and date <br />for a member of this Council to be heard on this matter. <br />Section 2: That thie Resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency meaaureI neceesary for the preservation of the <br />public welfare and that such emergency exista by virtue of the f act <br />that the Revised Code of Ohio providea for the Legislative Authority <br />to object to the isauance of an application within thirty daya of the <br />date of the notif ication of such applfcation, WHEREFORE, this <br />Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its paseage, otherwiae, <br />at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED:? <br />.... ----- <br />ATTEST : <br />Franc a J.
