y <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 64- I C Page 4 <br />Parcel No. 8 continued <br />having a radius of 45.00 feet and a chord of 58.37 feet which bears South <br />820 38'5 2" East an arc distance of 63.52 feet to a Northeasterly corner of <br />said sublot 25; thence North 0024' 3" West along the Northerly prolongation <br />of the Easterly line of said Sublot 25 a distance of 7.87 feet to a point; <br />thence South 89037'5 7" w est a distance of 57. 84 feet to the principal place <br />of beginning. <br />Section 2: That Ordinance No. 2796 and 64-55 is hereby repealed <br />? concurrently with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 3: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare of the City, such emergency existing by virtue of the <br />fact that the Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted require any developer <br />to provide a cul-de-sac at the terminus of any roadway, and further that <br />Ambour Drive is now developed completely from Clague Road to its westerly <br />terminus thus making the cul-de-sac hereby vacated, unnecessary and <br />useless for the passage of vehicle traffic on the said Ambour Drive; <br />WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />immediately after its passage and approval, otherwise, at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />PAS S E D: ? <br />• / 'I <br />Francis J.
