<br />.? <br />? <br />l <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 64-_Paqe 7 <br />Section 11. VALIDI7'Y,, REP?AL AND,PENAL, PRQVISrIONS. <br />A. That the sections forminq part of or ostab1lshed by this Ordinance, and the <br />several parts, pr+ovisions and requlations thereof, are hereby declared to <br />be independent sectfons, parts, pravisions and regulations, and that in <br />case any-section or sectfons, or part of any section or sections, of this <br />Ordinance shall be Meld to be unconstitutional or invalid, thb remainder <br />of the Ordinance shall not thereby be invalid, but shall remain in fuil <br />force and effect. <br />B. A11 ordinances or parts thereof heretofore passed which a r,e in conflict wfth <br />the foregoing provtsions, to such extent only, be and are hereby repealed <br />effective with the effectfve date of this Drdinance. <br />C. Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, contractor, subcontractor, <br />mechanic or arbhitect violatinq any pmvision of this Ordinance fs quilty <br />of committing a MSDEMEANOR and shall be fined not more than One- <br />Thousand Doliars ($4000.00) or such person or president of the firm or <br />corporation shall be imprisoned in the County Jail not more than six.(6) <br />months, or both. <br />D.
