Section 1202.02 of Ordinance No. 62-33, entitled Uses Permitted, which reads: Any of the following uses as defined in Section 1202.03 shall be permitted: (A) Multiple Dwelling (B) Park Comnercial (C) Administrative and Professional be and is hereby amended to read as follows: Any of the following uses as defined in Section 1202.03 shall be permitted: (A) Multiple Dwelling (B) Park Commercial (C) Administrative and Professional (D) Class A Hi-Rise Residential (E) Class B Hi-Rise - Business Office and Professional Uses SECTION 6. Section 1202.04 of Ordinance No. 62-33 shall provide as follows: Section 1202.04 Class A Hi-Rise Residential and Class B Hi-Rise Business Office and Professional as permitted uses. Such Class B Hi-Rise will be permitted subject to ground coverage limitations set forth in Section 1202.03,(B), (3), and Class A Hi-Rise and G1a5s-9 •.dirRiSt shall be subject to the provisions of Chapters 1204 and 1205. SECTION 7. Ordinance No. 62-33 be and is hereby supplemented as foltows: TITLE EIGHTEEN NI-RISE DISTRICT CHAPTER 1205 1205.01 Preamble and Purpose. Consistent with a desire to maintain a high standard residential community varied with complimentary support- ing uses of property, to achieve better economic uses of certain lands, to assure an earlier fuller development of the community for the purpose ? of defraying the cost of improvements, and to attract businesses and residents who will promote the general health, safety and welfare, it is deemed necessary to create uses of land for Hi-Rise development. The minimum standards for such uses are set forth in this Title. 1205.02 Uses Permitted. Two types of Hi-Rise developments permitted in North Olmsted, as set forth in Section 1141.08 are: Class A Hi-Rise - Residential Class B Hi-Rise - Business Office and Professional No other form of developed land use shall be permitted in either of the zones ctassified as such upon the Map which is part of this Ordinance, but Class B Hi-Rise is permitted in Mixed Use areas. 1205.03 Development Plans. Plans shall be submitted and development proceedings had in accordance with the requirements and procedures pro- vided in Chapter 1204. - 2 -
