Paqe 2 <br />the provisions of the Zoning Code and any law, ordiaance, <br />rule, requlation, eastment, covenant, aqreement of re- <br />striction the more restrictive shall govern. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />In interpreting and applyinq the provisions of the Zoniftg <br />Code, such provisions shall be held ta be the minimum <br />? requirements for the pmmotion of public peace, health; <br />safety and general welfare. Except as specifically <br />provided herein, it is not intended by the Zoning Code to <br />repeal, abrogate or annul any existing provisions of any lew <br />or ordinance or any rule or regulation previously adopted <br />or issued pursuant to law relating to the consttuction and <br />use of structures and land; nor is it intended by the Zoning <br />Code to interfere with, abroqate or annul any private <br />easement, covenant, agreement or restriction; provided <br />where the Zoning Code imposes qreater restrictions upon <br />size or location of buildings or use of the premises or <br />requires larger or smaller lots, yards or othe open spaces, <br />than are otherwise *equired or imposed, the proviJions of <br />the Zoning Code shall control. In other cases of confllct <br />• between the provisions of the Zoninq Code and arly law, <br />ordinance, rule, requlation, easement, covenant, agremment <br />ot restriction the rnore restrictive shall govern. <br />Section 1125. 15, a new 3ection, is hereby inserted after <br />L.J <br />Section 1125. 14 thereby requiring all Other sections in Chapter 1125 entitled <br />"Definitions" to be increased one number larger beqinning with Section 1125.15 <br />which now becomes Section 1125.16 through to Section 1125.77 which novs <br />becomes Section 1125.78, inclusive. <br />Section 1125.15 4titater Developments An aren within <br />L <br />"A" Residential Area, only, which conforms to the Platting Ordinances of <br />the City of North Olmsted, and which has been approved by the Planning <br />Commission of the City of North Olmsted, the preplanned development of <br />which has been authorized by the Council di the City of North Olmsted, <br />containing One Hundred (100) homes or more, whereby the Council has per- <br />mitted the devbloper to build houses on land "B" area requirements or larqer, <br />as to width and depth of the lot only, on cordtlon that the developer deed <br />to the City of North Olmsted, for school and recreational purposes, eiqhty- <br />five per cent (85) of the land difference between "A" district and the size of <br />the lots as developed which lots developed shall be no less than "B" land area <br />requirements, the site of the donated land to be
