<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDIIVANCE IVO.
<br />61-103, ENACTED MAY 16, 1961, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
<br />DETERMINING `?ALARIES, WAGES AND BOND6 OF APPOINTED
<br />OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLPrlSTED!',
<br />AS AMENDED BY ORDI(JANCE NO. 62-128, ENACTED jULY 10,
<br />1962, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE HO. 64-21, ENACTED
<br />JANUARY 21, 1964, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 64-28,
<br />ENACTED FEBRUARY 4, 1964, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE
<br />NO. 64-57, ENACTED MARCH 3, 1964, AND DECLARING AN
<br />EM ERGENCY.
<br />WHEREAS, Council by Ordinance IJo. 64-57 intended to
<br />increase the annual salary of the Building Commissioner, and
<br />WHEREAS, in the preparation of said Ordinance No. 64-57
<br />a typoqraphical error was made omitting the position of Building Inspector
<br />and his annual salary, and
<br />WHEREAS, it was not Council's intention to abolish the ioh
<br />of Builr!ing Inspector and the salary paid to said Buildinq Inspector, and
<br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of Council to correct the
<br />typographical error made in Ordfnance No. 64-57 by the omission of the
<br />posirion as aforesaid.
<br />NOW, ?HEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIN£D by the Council of the
<br />City of N<rth Olmsted , Ohio:
<br />Section 1: That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 61-103, enacted
<br />May 16, 1961, as amended by Ordinance No. 62-128, enacted july 10, 1962,
<br />as amended by Orciinance No. 64-21, enacted January 21, 1964, as amended
<br />by Ordinance IJo. 64-28, enacted February 4, 1964, as amended by Ordinancp
<br />No. 64-57, enacted March 3, 1964, reading as follows:
