DltJWE COMPANY FOR ?IiE <br />PURP03ES OF BRINGING ?HE CODIFIED ORDIAIANCES OF THE <br />CITY OF NOR?H OLMSTED UP TO DiA?E AND IN CONFORMANCE <br />WITH THE STA?UTg3 OF THE S?A?E OF OHIQ, AND DECLARING <br />AN EM ERGE N CY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Section 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into a contract with the Walter H. Drane Company, 10660 <br />Carneqie Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio, for the purposes of bringinq the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Nocth Olmsted up to date and in conformance with <br />the Statutes of the State of Ohio, a copy of which contract ie attached <br />hersto incorporated herein by reference and marked for identification purposes <br />as EXiIBIT"A". <br />Section 2: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be <br />an emerqency measure necessery for the preservation of the public welfare, <br />peace, health and safety of the City by virtue of the immediate necessity of <br />conforminq the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted to the <br />3tatutes of the 3tate of Ohio;. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passaqe, otherwise, at the earliest <br />pertod a1loMred by law. <br />PASSED: 3 <br />Francis J.
