NORTHERN 80ULEVA?RD IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, BY INSTALLING STORM AND SAIVTARY SEVYERS, WAM MAIN, SEVYER AND WATER CURB CONNECZZONB, TOGETHER WITH ALL NECESSARY • APPURTENANCES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, 3tate of Ohio: Section 1: That it is necessary to improve Great Northern Baulsvard ftom Lorain Road to Brookpark Road in the City of North Olmsted by installinq stocm and sanitary sewers,weter main, sewer and water curb connections, togethec with all necessary appurtenances. Sectian 2: That said street shall be improved as shown on the plans hereinafter referred to and now on file in the office of the Clerk of this Council. Section 3: It is hereby determined and declared that said impravement is conducive to the public bealth, convenience and welfare of said City and the inhabitants thereof. Section 4: That the grade of said street and improvement shall be the qrede as shawn by the plans and profiles which have been prepared by the , &nqineer and which are made a part hereof. Section 5: That the plans, specifications, estimates and profiles of the proposed improvement, heretofore prepared by the Engineer and now on file in the office of the CIerk of this Council, are hereby approved. Section 6: That the whole cost of said imprwement, less 1596 thereof and the cost of intersections, shall be assessed in proportion to the benefits resultinq from the improvement upon the following described lots and lands, to-wit: Atl lots and lands boundinq and abuttinq upon the proposed improve- ment between the termini aforesaid, which said lots and lands are hereby cistermined to be specially benefited by said impmvement; and the cost of seid improvement shall include the cost of preliminary and other surveys, • plans, specifications, profiles and estimates and of printing, s ervinq and publishing notices, resolutions and ordinances, the amount of damages • resulting from the improvement assessed in favor of any owner of land affected by the improvement and the interest thereon, the costs incurred in connection with the preparation, levy and collection of the special assessments, the cost of purahaainq, appropriatinq, and otherwise acqulrlnq therefor any required real estate or interests therein, expenses of leqal services including obtainin9 an approvinq leqal opinion, cost of labor and material and interest on bonds and notes issued in anticipation of the levy and collection of the special assessments toqether with all other necessary expenditures.
