? <br />r <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RE30LUTION NO. 65-oopo <br />BY <br />A RE30LUTION DECLARING THE INTENTION OF COUNCIL <br />TO APPROPRIATE CERTAIN EASEMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF 3EWERS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREA3, it is necessary in the judgment of this Council that <br />immediate provision be made for the construction, maintenence and operation <br />. of certain sewers along, over and through certain property located in this City <br />more fully hereinafter descrlbed; and <br />WHEREA3, to provide in paR the necessary riqhts of way required <br />for such construction, maintenance and operation it is necessary in the <br />opinion of this Council that easements for the construction, operation and <br />maintenance of said sewers be appropriated by the City. <br />NOW, THIItEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That it is deemed necessary and it is hereby dmclared <br />to be the intention of this Council to appropriate a riqht of way and easement <br />over, throuqh and across each of the parcels of land described as follows: <br />Parcel A- Frank jasko and Elizabeth jasko, husband and wife - <br />Permanent Parcel #234-20-9 <br />The easement is further described as befng over and throuqh <br />a parael of land fifteen (15) feet in width and approximately <br />fifty-one (51) feet in lenqth located parallel and adiacent to <br />the south right-of-way line of Lorain Road and extending from <br />the easterly line of Permanent Parcel No. 234-20-9 to the <br />westerly line of said Permanent Parcel. <br />A temporary easement twenty (20) feet in width and approximately <br />fifty-one (51) feet in length located parallel and adjacent to the <br />south side of the above described permanent easement is hereby <br />qranted for the period of time required to construct the sewer <br />through this property. <br />Parcel B- James Haward Childs and Mary Catherine Childs, <br />husband and wife - Permanent Parcel #236-23-18 <br />The easement is further described as being over and through <br />a parcel of land twenty (20) feet in width, the centerline of <br />which beqins at a point on the easterly line of the above <br />, described property, this point beinq N 29• 31' W a distance <br />of 105.00 feet from the intersection of the easterly line of <br />said property and the centerline of Columbia Road; <br />Thence S 78° 09' W for a distance of 224.00 feet to a point; <br />Thence N 82° 31' W for a distance of 439.86 feet to a point on <br />the westerly line of said property, this point being N 01 ° 43' <br />• 0 4 " W a distance of 15.00 feet from the southwest corner of <br />said property as shown on the attached Drawing No. 237.
