I <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 64-_V0 Page 3 <br />Section 3. That it is deemed desirable and necessary <br />in the public interest, health and welfare that the City of North Olmsted take <br />immediate possession of the easement in the real property hereinbefore <br />described tn Bection 1 of this Resolution. <br />Section 4. That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized <br />to cause written notice of the passaqe of this Resolution to be given to the <br />owners, persons in possession or having an interest of record in the above <br />described real property, and said notice shall be served according to law <br />by a person to be designated for that purpose by said Mayor, and to make <br />return of said service of notice in the manner provided by law. <br />Section 5. That this Resolution is hereby determined to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare and such emergency measure exists by virtue of the <br />necessity stacting connstruction immediately on tle Zone Three Sewer Program <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />*? <br />Section 6.
