. --------?, <br />., , <br />.? <br />CfTY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64-_ <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE ASSESSMENT <br />EQUALIZATION BOARD ON OBjECTIONS CONCERNING THE <br />ESTIMATED ASSESSMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY <br />SEWERS AND APPURTENANCES IN MASTICK ROAD AND OTHER <br />STREETS DESIGNATED IN SECTION 1 OF RESOLUTION NO. <br />62-254 <br />WHEREAS, the Assessment $qualization Board heretofore <br />appointed by Resolution No. 64-282 of this Council passed November 17, <br />1964, to hear and determine all objections concerning the estimated assess- <br />ments for the construction of sanitary sewers and appurtenances in Mastick <br />Road and other streets designated in Section 1 of Resolution No. 64-254 <br />of the Council passed October 20, 1964, has filed its report with this <br />Council as to its determination of such objections; and <br />WHEREAS, Council deems such report proper in all respects; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio: <br />Section 1. The report of the Assessment Equalization Board <br />hereinbefore recited be and the same is hereby approved and the assessments <br />as equalized by said Board and reported by it be and they are hereby directed <br />to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Councfl. <br />Section 2.
