Klem, employees ofthe Service Dept., and declaring an emergency. 78-90 Resolutian adopting the Budget af the City of North Qlmsted for the fiscal year beginning January l, 1979, and submitting the same to the County Auditor and declaring an emergency. 78-88 Ordinance to provide for the issuance of $110,000 renewal notes in anticipation of the levy of special assessments and in anticipation of the issuance of bonds to pay the property owners' portion of the cost of constructing, replacing and repairing concrete sidewalks at sundry locations in the City.
