<br />FINANCE DEPARTMENT <br />78-1 Ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olnasted, Ohio for the year ending December 31, 1978. <br />78-2 Resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of <br />North Olmstdd, Ohio during the year 1978, all tax money due and owing said <br />City from any collection source. <br />78-14 Ordinance to make additional appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio for the year ending <br />December 31, 1978. <br />78-9 Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for the deposit of <br />public monies with the institurions designated by Council as depositories for <br />the active and i.nactive acnounts of the City. <br />78-23 Ordinance authorizin,g the issuance of renewal notes in anticipation of the <br />issuance of bonds for the purpose of paying part of the cost of constructing <br />a Police Administration Building and clearing, landscapt$g-and otherwise <br />improving the site thereof. <br />78-26 Ordinance establishing the Orgatizational Chart for the Fisaxtne Department of <br />the City of North Olmsted, setting forth the compensation to be paid employees <br />of the Finance Department, and repealing Ordinance No1 1977-106 ena¢ted <br />July 5, 1977, as amended. <br />78-30 Ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1978. <br />78-35 Ordinance to appropriate the si.ml of $1,000 from the Revenue Sharing Fund <br />and to transfer said swn to the Recreation Program Fund. <br />78-41 Ordinance authorizing the issuance of $330,000 of bonds for the purpose of <br />providing funds to purchase motorized vehicles and eauipment for the <br />Department of Public Service. <br />78-48 Ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds for the purpose of improving the recreational facilities of the City by <br />constructing a building housing an ice skating rink, swimming pool, tennis <br />courts and appurtenant facilities, constructing a toboggan slide, acquiring <br />developing and improving the site therefor, and providing furnishings and <br />equipment for such recreation cneter and grounds, and declaring an emergency. <br />78-49 Ordinance amending Section 1501.1501 of the Codified Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted entitled "Interest on unpaid tax" of Part Fifteen of the <br />Taxation Code. <br />78-76 Resolution awarding an issue of Service Department Equipment Bonds, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />78-80 Ordinance authorizing the payment of a moral claim to Kenneth Bisantz, Thomas <br />Demaline, A1 Cepic, and Kenneth E. Klem, employees ofthe Service Dept., and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />78-90 Resolutian adopting the Budget af the City of North Qlmsted for the fiscal year <br />beginning January l, 1979, and submitting the same to the County Auditor and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />78-88 Ordinance to provide for the issuance of $110,000 renewal notes in anticipation <br />of the levy of special assessments and in anticipation of the issuance of bonds <br />to pay the property owners' portion of the cost of constructing, replacing and <br />repairing concrete sidewalks at sundry locations in the City.
