<br />SANITARY SEWERS <br />78-126 Ordinance approving and adopting uniform rules, regulations and standards <br />for the design and construction of sewerage improvements. <br />7$-149 Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />one (1) electronic flow meter for the Esther Road sanitary sewer line, and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />78-175 Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an <br />agreement with the Board of Cuyahoga County Commissioners wherein the City of <br />North OLmsted is to serve as lead agency in an application for a Facility Plan, <br />to provide facility planning services for Olmsted Township, and to perform other <br />necessary matters for a Federal Grant under the provisions of the Water <br />Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, in connection with improvements and <br />additions to the Wastewater Treatment and Sanitary Sewerage acilities of Olmsted <br />Township, as part of the area known as the North Olmsted Facility Plan and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />78-176 Ordinance authorizing the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with <br />the City of Fairview Park wherein the City of North Olmsted is to serve as lead <br />agency in the application and other necessary matters for a Federal Grant under the <br />provisions of the Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, in connection <br />with improvements and additions to the wastewater treatment and sanitary sewage <br />facilities of the Cities of North Olmsted and Fairview Park as part of the area <br />known as the North Olmsted Facility Plan Area and declaring an emergency. <br />78-180 Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the consulting <br />firm of Dalton, Dalton, Newport for the preparation of a 201 Facilities Plan <br />including an infiltration/inflow analysis for the North Olmsted Sanitary Sewage <br />Service Area.
