BY:? 1 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING TT?E PAYMENT OF OVERTIME <br />TO VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL FOR SERVICES <br />PERFORMED DURING THE UNAUTHORIZED CITY WORKERS <br />STRIKE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Service Department workers of the City of North Olmsted, on <br />November 10, 11, 12, and 13, 1978, participated in an unauthorized strike thereby <br />necessitating the utilization of administrative personnel to perform necessary and <br />emergency services for and on behalf of the City, and <br />WfIEREAS, although the salary structure of the various administrative personnel <br />does not contemplate unusual circwnstances, it is the desire of this Council to <br />compensate the following administrative employees at an overtime xate of one and <br />one-half (1-1/2) times their hourly compensation.
