, 01' CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION N0. 78-184 BY: MRS. SHARPE A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY THE GERTSMA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF NORTH OUtiSTED, AS AMENDED. Wf-IEREA.S, the Gertsma Construction Company Subdivision was approved by the Planning Correnission on December 12, 1978, and referred to Council, and Wf-IERElIS, said Subdivision Plan was amended and resubmitted to the Planning Corrnnission on April 10, 1979, and was approved, and referred back to this CoLmcil, and WHEREAS, said Subdivision includes the realignment of three (3) lots, namely, Permanent Parcel Nwnber 231-19-11, 231-19-12, and 231-32-1, located on the west side of Colwnbia Road across from Gessner Road, and WHEREAS, said plan has been approved by the City Engineer as being in conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THF, COUNCIL OF TI-IE CIT'Y OF NORTH OUI.STED, COLJIV'I'Y OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That this CoLmcil, having been advised of the approval of the Planning Commission of the Gertsma Construction Company Subdivision and also having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution the City Engineer ls ere y directed to cause said Subdivision Plat to be recorded according to law. SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after t e earliest period allowed by law. PASSED: ??
