Project Number <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this day of in the <br />year Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-Nine (1979), by and <br />between: <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio <br />5206 Dover Center Road <br />North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 <br />(hereinafter referred to as "City") <br />and <br />Dalton*Dalton*Newport Inc <br />3605 Warrensville Center Road <br />Cleveland, Ohio 44122 <br />(hereinafter referred 'to as "Dalton") <br />WITNESSETH, that it is the intention of the City to perform <br />a Facilities Plan under regulation of U.S. Public Law 92-500 <br />as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Project"): <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City and Dalton agree as set forth as <br />follows : <br />ARTICLE l, DALTON'S BASIC SERVICES <br />Dalton's Basic Services shall consist of the following: <br />1.1 Describe the existing wastewater collection and <br />treatment systems consisting of elements from collection <br />through disposal of residual solids. <br />1,2 Analyze the existing plant operations and determine <br />maximum hydraulic and organicremoval capacity of existing <br />wet-stream systems. Analyze the solids handling unit opera- <br />tions and determine the annual and maximum hourly capacity <br />of each operation. <br />1.3 Determine future population, land_use, water <br />consumption and industrial waste discharges in the study <br />areas.
