There is hereby appropriated from the Sewer Revenue Fund <br />and transferred to the GENERAL FUND the sum of $30,000 for reimbursement <br />of Sewer Plant and Systems labor paid from the General Fund in February, <br />1978. <br />Section 5. That there be appropriated from the G.O. Bond Retirement <br />Fund the following: <br />BOND RETIREMENT FUND $ 5,000 <br />Section 6. That there be appropriated from the Police Pension Fund <br />the following: <br />POLICE PENSION FUND $ 1,834.57 <br />Section 7.
