<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 78 - 165 <br />BY : Lt.. <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS <br />FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES <br />FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO FOR THE <br />YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1978, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section l. That the Finance Director be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to transfer appropriations as follows: <br />GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND <br />FROM: Fire Wages ....................................$20,000.00 <br />T0: Recreation Center Expenses ....................$20,000.00 <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an <br />attested copy of the Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 3. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw <br />his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing appropriations <br />upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approved by the Board of <br />Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council <br />to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for <br />salarmes pr wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with <br />law or ordinance. Provided, further that the appropriations for contingencies can <br />only he erKpenie+8 upon aiptobal of *wo-thirds vote of Council for items of expense <br />constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those <br />covered by the other specific appropriations herein made. <br />Section 4.
