ONE (1) ELECTRONIC <br />FLOW hETER FOR THE ESTHER ROAD SANITARY SEWER LINE, <br />AND AUT'HORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND <br />DECLARING AN aIERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE COUNCIL OF Tf-IE CITY OF NORTH OLNIST'ED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOC,A AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorize to a vertise for bids for one (1) electronic flow meter for the <br />Esther Road Sanitary Sewer Line in accordance with specifications now on file <br />in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to enter into a contract and execute the same on behalf of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />resolution necessary for the irrmlediate preservation of the public health and <br />safety, and for the further reason that the present equipment is in the state <br />of disrepair and needs repairing, and further provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be <br />in force irrnnediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: Atv?? e2Z,, /7J/ <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CANIPBELL, CLERK COUNCIL D LI RT, r SI CO <br />L <br />UNCI <br />APPROVED : <br />?i..•? rc?7 5 (?c.. <br />ROBERT W.
