AIREATION <br />TANK BLOWER TO BE USED IN 'I'HE TREA'IT'IENT PLAN'I', AND <br />AUT'HORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAbE, AND DECLARING <br />AN IIvIERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY TI-IE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COIJNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorize to a vertise for bids for one (1) 3500 C.F.M. Aireation Tank Blower <br />to be used in the Treatment Plant, in accordance with specifications now on file <br />in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control_the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to enter into a contract and execute the same on behalf of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />resolution necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and <br />safety, and for the further reason that the present eauipment is in the state of <br />disrepair and needs repairing, and further provided it receives the affirma.tive <br />vote of two thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : A a/, /9 7.0 <br />ATTEST : <br />???.Ge- b • ? <br />FLORENCE CANPBELL, CLERK COUNCIL <br />APPROVED : / / - ;"{ - 7 F/ <br />D" , ?j ? ; ` , /,- <br />j C.
