OOV, <br />,,..? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7 8-/,3 S <br />BY: <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING Tf-IE DIRECTOR QF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR Tf-IE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF A SIDE4VALK ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF MILL ROAD <br />BETWEEN PORTER ROAD AND DOVER CENTER ROAD IN Tf-IE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TI-iE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUN'I'Y OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorize anirected to advertise for bids for the construction of a concrete <br />sidewalk on the south side of Mill Road between Porter Road and Dover Center <br />Road according to the specifications now on file in his office and that upon <br />approval by the Board of Control the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a <br />contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, <br />and for the reason that it is necessary to construct said sidewalk during favorable <br />weather conditions, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Ma.yor. <br />PASSED: 47J.6- <br />? <br />ATTEST : <br />a4z?? e <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, CLE OF COUNCIL <br />D P?IPE?tT, PRESTDEXF OF COUNCIL <br />APPROVED :
