?.. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 78- /.3Z <br />BY : <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPT'ER 941 OF THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES ENTITLED "GARBAGE AND RUBBISH" BY ADDING <br />TT-IERETO A NEW SECTION 941.08 ENTITLED "REGULATION <br />OF PLACING OF REFUSE OR GARBAGE WITHIN THE PUBLIC <br />RIGHT OF WAY", AS AMENDED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF Tf-IE CITY OF NORTH OU'LSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTTON l: That Chapter 941 of the Codified Ordinances entitled <br />"Garbage an Ru ish" is hereby amended by adding tliereto a new Section 941.08 <br />entitled "Regulation of Placing of Refuse or Garbage tNithin the Public Right <br />of Way" which new section shall read as £ollows: <br />SECTION 941.08 REGULATION OF PLACING OF REFUSE OR GA?AGE <br />WITHIN TfiE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY <br />Rubbish and garbage which is placed on the txee lativn area or other _ <br />suitable area within the public right-of-way for collection by the City of <br />North Olmsted shall not be so deposited or placed sooner than tfie evening <br />before the collection of such rubbish and garbage £ox that street, except <br />that if a hardship would occur requiring the depositing of rubbish or garbage <br />prior to the collection on that street, a permit shall first be obtained from <br />the Director of Public Service. This provision does not apply to the placement <br />af leaves or brush within the public right of way. <br />Rubbish containers, after collection of such rubbish and garbage for <br />that street, shall be returned by the property owner or occupant to the storage <br />area no later than lO,OQ P.M. following the date of -nick-up. <br />Property owners or occupants who violate any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance are guilty of a minox misdemeanor. <br />SECTION 2; That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : %?? -11?. 19 yI <br />ATTEST; <br />??? <br />?
