EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS <br />At such time as the facility is not otherwise scheduled, prior to 4 P.M., Monday <br />through Friday, the rate for a City or Parochial School and North Olmsted Recreation <br />Program shall be $20.00 to $50.00 Per Hour for the Hockey Rink; and $10.00 to $15.00 <br />for the Studio Rink. <br />SECTION 5: Resident Senior Citizens (65 Years and Over) will be admitted to <br />all adult and public swimming and ice skating sessions for $.50. Non-Resident <br />Seniors $1.00. Seniors receive ten percent (100) discount off Swim Pass price. <br />SECTION 6: The Recreation Center Dlanager shall publish the fee schedule <br />so esta lishe and post same in a conspicuous place in the Building Lobby. All <br />fees so collected shall be deposited into a special fund set up for the Recreation <br />Center and shall be exclusively devoted to the purpose of the Recreation Center. <br />SECTION 7: The Recreation Center Nlanager shall, from time to time, review <br />the fee sche u e as set forth herein and recomonend any changes which shall be deemed <br />necessary along with the reasons therefore to the Parks and Recreation Commission <br />of the City of North Olmsted. Upon approval of said changes, the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission shall recommend said changes to the Council of the City of North Olmsted <br />for approval. The Recreation Manager shall, however, have the discretion to adjust <br />the fee schedule for special events and promotional purposes on a limited basis. <br />The Recreation Center A4anager shall also establish spectator admission charges, set <br />prices on merchandise and other services offered for sale. The Recreation Center <br />Manager may pay to the sponsoring organizations not more than fifty percent (50%) <br />of the spectator admission charges derived from the event so sponsored. The Nlanager <br />may charge the North Olmsted Hockey Club the current ice rate from varsity game <br />receipts and fifty percent (50%) of the balance. In the event the gate is less than <br />the current ice rate, the North Olmsted Hockey Club will be billed the full current <br />ice rate. <br />SECTION 8: That Ordinance 77-148, adopted by the Council of the City of <br />North 0lmste e and the same is hereby repealed, and any other ordinances or <br />resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions in conflict herewith, be and the <br />same are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 9: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare <br />and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to adjust various fees <br />in light of present operating expenses, and further provided it receives the affirma- <br />tive vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : 19 7 i? <br />ATTEST: <br />e, el <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, CLEMC OF COUNCIL <br />AP RO D: J o-3 <br />??.J <br />D MERT, PRESI ENT F COUNCIL <br />R BERT W.
