? <br />? <br />.:?.. <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLTISTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 78-/g,3 <br />BY:AoA <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY TT-IE ASHLAND PETROLEUM COMPANY ASSIlMBLY <br />PLAT I IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WI-IEREA.S, the Ashland Petroleum Company Assembly Plat I was approved by <br />the Planning Commission on July 25, 1978, and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Assembly Plat I includes the creation of one lot into twd <br />existing lots,namely, Permanent Parcel Numbers 232-11-24 and 232-11-30, located <br />on the north side of Lorain Road between Gessner Road and tiValter Road, and <br />WHEREAS, said plan has been approved by the City Engineer as being in <br />conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, TfIE?tEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH 0I24STED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council, having been advised o£ the approval of the <br />Planning Commission of the Assembly Plat I of the Ashland Petrolewn Company and <br />also having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements <br />of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, hereby <br />approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution the City <br />Engineer ls ere y directed to cause said Subdivision plat to be recorded <br />according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : sku.i. /f' / 97 ,f <br />ATTEST: <br />e.l 6'1? e <br />FLORENCE E.
