ZURAWSKI, <br />CITY ENGINEER, TO ACT AS THE OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED IN ALL h1ATTERS RELATING <br />TO T'HE MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER TREATT-IENT WORKS CONSTRUCTION <br />GRAN'fS PROGRAhI. <br />Wf-IEREAS, the Mayor and Council of North Olmsted desires to obtain a <br />federal grant to assist in the planning, design and construction of wastewater <br />treatment plant and sewer collection system improvements, and <br />WEEREAS, the federal grant regulations reQuire that the applicant authorize <br />one person to act as the official representative of the applicant. <br />NOW, fiHEREFOFtE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TI-IE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: Ronald A. Zurawski, City Engineer be duly appointed as the <br />Project Or and Official Representative of the City of North Olmsted in all <br />matters relating to the Aunicipal Waste Water Treatment Works Construction Grants <br />Program. Ronald A. Zurawski shall be authorized to review and sign on behalf <br />of the City of North Olmsted all grant application forms, acceptance documents, <br />and statements of assurance in order to comply with the applicable federal grant <br />regulations. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after t e earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED :,,a,,,,g . l q. <br />ATTEST: <br />?
