„?_.. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 78-5 <br />BY*4?G? <br />AN ORDINANCE ANIENDING Tf-IE TRAFFIC CONTROL MAP <br />AND AND FILE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED TO <br />PROVIDE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TWO STOP SICiNS <br />ON GEORGETTE AVENUE WI-IERE THE SAME INTERSECTS <br />WITH ELM DRIVE. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to have signs installed on <br />Georgette Avenue where the same intersects with Elm Drive thereby controlling <br />traffic traveling on Georgette Avenue in a northerly and southerly direction <br />by installing a stop sign on the northwest corner of Georgette Avenue where <br />the same intersects with Elm Drive and also installing a stop sign on the <br />southeast corner of Georgette Avenue at its intersection with Elm Drive. <br />WIiEREAS, Chapter 305 of the Traffic Code provides £or the maintenance of <br />the traffic control map, which said map can be amended only by ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF T'HE CITY OF NQRTH QLA,ISTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Palice Department be and the same is hereby authorized <br />and directed to amend the traffic control map and file of the City of North <br />Olmsted to indicate thereon the installation of two stop signs installed on <br />Georgette Avenue where the same intersects with Elm Drive thereby controlling <br />traffic traveling on Georgette Avenue in a northerly and southerly direction <br />by installing a stop sign on the northwest corner of Georgette Avenue, where <br />the same intersects with Elm Drive, and also the installation of a stop sign <br />on the southeast corner of Georgette Avenue, at its intersection with Elm Drive. <br />SECTION 2: That the Nlayor and he is hereby directed to cause said stop <br />signs to be installed in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after t e earliest period allowed by 1aw. <br />PASSED : / <br />.- <br />ATTEST: <br />?? . <br />FLORENCE E.
