<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 78- // --- ?? <br />, <br />B <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR NECESSARY REPAIRS <br />TO Tf3E FIRING RANGE AT THE POLICE STATION. <br />WfIEREAS, this Council has determined that the maintenance of the firing <br />range at the Police Station is a need of the Safety Department, and that said <br />firing range is in need of repair. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of Council to authorize the Director of Public <br />Safety to advertise for bids for the said necessary repairs. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLAtSTED, <br />COUNI'Y OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Safety be and he is hereby <br />authori?-to advertise for bids for necessary repairs to the firing range at <br />the Police Department, all to be in accordance with specifications now on file <br />in his office, and the Ma.yor is authorized to enter into a contract and execute <br />same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, upon approval of the Board of <br />Control. <br />SECTION 2: This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and <br />afterthe earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE E.
