?'/?r19 <br />. ? <br />FTSCAL OFFICER'S CERTZFICATE <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />September 5, 1978 <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO: <br />The undersigned, as fiscal officer of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, as defined by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code, hereby certifies as <br />follows in connection with your proposed issue of bonds and notes for the <br />purpose of providing funds to purchase two ambulances and a fire pumper <br />for the Division of Fire of the Department of Public Safety: <br />1. That the estimated life of the equipment acquired from <br />the proceeds of such bonds and the notes issued in <br />anticipation thereof is hereby certified to be at least <br />five years. <br />2. That the maximum maturity of bonds to be issued to pay the <br />cost of acquiring such property, calculated in accordance <br />with Revised Code Section 133.20, is ten years, provided <br />that if notes in anticipation of such bonds are outstanding <br />for a period in excess of five years from the date of the <br />original issue, the period thereof in excess of five years <br />shall be deducted from such maximum maturity of said bonds. <br />3. The maximum ma.turity of the renewal notes now proposed to be <br />issued in anticipation of such bonds is eight years from the <br />date of issua.nce of the original note, to wit: October 12, 1984, <br />if sold publicly, or one year if sold at private sale. <br />All of which is respectfully submitted. <br />??-?v-4'-? ?? •--??' ?'`?` y ??'r ? <br />Directoryof Finance ?- <br />City of North Olmsted
