AGAINST TI-E TAX LEVY . <br />SECTION 4: The Clerk of this Council be, and she hereby is, authorized <br />and directe to request that notice of said election be given as provided by <br />law. <br />SECTION 5: Said Clerk be, and she hereby is, directed to certify a copy <br />of this Resolution to the Board of Elections of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, within <br />five (5) days after its adoption. <br />SECTION 6: This Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and provided that it shall receive an affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of the members of Council eligible to vote. <br />PASSED: _ ?
