Aw?, <br />,.w:. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLTISTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 78- 92 <br />BY: <br />l <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY TI-IE DEDICATION PLAT FOR THE WIDENING OF <br />jVEST 231 STREET IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLNISTED <br />WHEREAS, the dedication plat for the widening of West 231 Street was <br />approved by the Planning Corrnnission on June 13, 1978, and referred to Council, <br />and <br />Wf-IEREAS, said plan was approved by the City Engineer as being in conformance <br />with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council having been advised of the approval of the <br />Planning Commission of the dedication plat for the widening of West 231 Street, <br />and also having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of <br />the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, hereby approves <br />said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution the City <br />Engineer is ere y directed to cause said Subdivision dedication plat to be recorded <br />according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after t he earliest period allotived by law. <br />PASSED: ? <br />i <br />ATTEST: / <br />NORA T.
