r <br /> <br /> <br /> CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 78 - 89 Continued <br />237-04-005 Hennie Corp Lorain Rd, at Coe 9055 375.90 <br /> 9047 2.92 <br />234-28-048 Owner 6720 Maplehurst 9057 451.98 <br />231-19-010 Giles 24900 Gessner 9047 15,36 <br />236-16-001 Ondo 5514 Columbia Rd. 9057 727.38 <br /> 9047 13.40 <br />234-12-036 Owner 6635 Chartes 9047 10.20 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by ttie Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to cancel assessments in full for the above parcels. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such assess- <br />ments on said parcels. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Qlmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on certain permanent <br />parcels. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ? <br />ATTEST: <br />G?? ? ? <br />Nora T.
