, . ? <br />AVN*- <br />__"Wo <br /> <br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />June 20, 1978 <br />TO TIiE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO: <br />The undersigned, as fiscal off icer of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, as defined by Revised Code Section 133.01, hereby certifies as follows <br />in connection with your proposed issue of $110,000 of bonds and notes for <br />the purpose of paying the property owners' portion of the cost of constructing, <br />replacing and repairing concrete sidewalks at sundry locations in the City: <br />1. That the estimated life of the improvements constructed <br />from the proceeds of said issue is hereby certified to <br />be at least five years. <br />2. That the maximum maturity of such bonds calculated in accor- <br />dance with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised <br />Code is twenty years, but by reason of the fact that the <br />assessments anticipated by such bonds will be payable in <br />five years, the maximum maturity of the bonds is five <br />years. <br />3. That the maximum maturity of notes issued in anticipation <br />of such bonds is five years from the date of the note <br />originally issued for such purpose, viz. August l, 1982; <br />provided that if said notes are sold at private sale, <br />then their maximum maturity is one year. <br />Director of Finance <br />City of North Olmsted .
