<br />. ,, <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 78- G f <br />PAGE 2. <br />GRADE POSITION <br />12 Manager (Full Time) <br />? <br />PAY RANC;F. <br />$16,000 to $22,000 Per Year <br />The salaries of the above employees of the Recreation Center, with <br />the exception of the Recreation Center Manager, shall be determined <br />by the Recreation Center Manager, subject to confirmation by the <br />Recreation Commission according to examination, reputation, experience, <br />education, and knowledge in their field of specialty or undertaking. <br />Salaries for all of the above positions, including that of the Recreation <br />Center Manager shall be approved by the Safety Director of the City of <br />North Olmsted. All salaries paid to the employees o.f_ the Recreation <br />Center shall be on a bi-weekly basis. <br />SECTION 2: That the full-time employees listed in Section 1 <br />hereof s all receive as a longevity increment the sum of Twenty-Five <br />Dollars ($25.00). This longevity increment shall be payable over and <br />above any annual salary or hourly salary paid to said employees at the <br />rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) for each and every year said <br />employees have been continually employed by the City of North Olmsted, <br />and said sum shall be paid on each anniversary date of employment. <br />SECTION 3: That all full-time employees as designated in <br />Section 1 hereof shall receive the following holidays off unless <br />requested to work by the Director of Safety in emergencies, and shall <br />receive the regular rate of pay: <br />Independence Day <br />New Year's Day <br />Memorial Day <br />Labor Day <br />Thanksgiving Day <br />Christmas Day <br />Presidents' Day <br />Employee's Birthday <br />Floating Holiday <br />SECTION 4: That all full time employees as listed in Section 1 <br />hereof s a e entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the <br />following schedule: <br />2 weeks vacation after 1 year full time service. <br />3 weeks vacation after 7 years full time service. <br />4 weeks vacation after 15 years full time service. <br />SECTION 5: That the City shall pay to a maximum amount of <br />Seven Hun re Fi ty-Seven Dollars and Forty-Four Cents ($757.44) <br />per year towards the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue <br />Cross and Medical Mutual or Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan, <br />the choice of which will be at the option of the full time employees <br />listed in Section 1 hereof, <br />SECTION 6: That Ordinance No. 76-26 as previously adopted, and <br />any other or inances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are <br />hereby repealed.
