WILAMOSKY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR <br />OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR <br />1,100 GAI,LONS OF HIGH4VAY AND CROSS- <br />WALK PAINT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />TO CONTRACT FOR SAME ANL' DECLARING AN <br />Er.7ERGENCY, AS AMENDED. <br />-N. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TI-E CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he <br />is hereby aut orized to advertise for bids for 15,100 gallons of <br />paint, specifically highway and crosswalk paint, according to the <br />specifications now on file in his office, and that upon approval by <br />the Board of Control the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a <br />contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure, necessary for the preservation of the public <br />health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />inmtediately necessary to meet the current needs of the City which <br />are running low, and further provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force iimnediately upon its passage and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
