CITY OF NORTH OLA4STED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 78-4?- <br />BY : _ MRS. SHARPE <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE EAGLEEYE SUBDIVISION <br />IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the Eagleeye Subdivision was rejected by the <br />Planning Commission on April 11, 1978, and the matter was brought <br />before Council upon the request of the applicant, and <br />WHEREAS, said subdivision creates two lots from one existing <br />lot which is presently referred to as Permanent Parcel No. 235-6-3 <br />located on the north side of Butternut Ridge Road west of Kennedy <br />Ridge Road in the City of North Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS, said plan has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in conformance with Resolutions and Ordinances of the City <br />of Narth Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council, having been advised of the <br />rejection o t e Planning Commission of the plat of the Eagleeye <br />Subdivision and also having been advised by the City Engineer that <br />it meets the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances of <br />the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording <br />purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution <br />the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said Subdivision <br />plat to be recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force from an a ter the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : <br />ATTEST: <br />,?:? .? •??C? <br />N RA T.
