WILAMOSKY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />THE PURCHASE OF A NEW TAR KETTLE TO BE <br />USED IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is <br />hereby aut orize to advertise for bids for a new Tar Kettle in <br />accordance with specifications now on file in his office, and that <br />upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized <br />to enter into a contract and execute the same on behalf of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency Resolution necessary for the immediate preservation of <br />the public health and safety, and for the further reason that the <br />aforesaid ec{uipment is needed to replace the existing worn out ec{uip- <br />ment, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />? <br />G?? ? ??%!.?/ <br />NORA T.
