INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A WATER MAIN FOR CIRCULATION PURPOSES ONLY KNOW ALL MIIN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, Great Northern Partnership the Grantor, herein, for valuable consideration received and to be received to its full satisfaction, does hereby give, grant, bargain and convey to the City of North Olmsted and to the City of Cleveland, a municipal corporation of the State of Ohio, the Grantees herein, the perpetual right- of-way and easement, for the purpose hereinafter mention in the following described premises, to wit: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and being part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 22 and being bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Country Club Boulevard (78 feet wide), Victoria Lane (formerly Great Northern Boulevard, 70 feet wide) and Country Club Boulevard (formerly Great Northern Boulevard, 80 feet wide) as shown on plat of Great Northern Boulevard # 2 recorded in Volume 193, Page 57 of Cuyahoga County Map Records; ,Thence, North 31° 35' 54" East 78.77 feet; .Thence, North 580 24' 06" West along the Northerly line of Victoria Lane 35.00 feet; Thence, North 31° 35' 54" East 146.72 feet to a point of curvature; Thence, 146.09 feet along the arc of a circle deflecting to the left having a chord of 145.35 feet bearing North 210 33' 26" East and a radius of 416.81 feet to a point of tangency; Thence, North 11° 30' 57" East 500.00 feet; Thence, South 78° 29' 3" East 70.00 feet; Thence, South 11° 30' 57" West 500.00 feet to a point of curvature; Thence, 170.63 feet along the arc of a circle deflecting to the right having a chord of 169.76 feet bearing South 21° 33' 26" West to a point of tangency; ' Thence, South 310 35' 54" West 146.72 feet; Thence, North 58° 24' 6" West along the Northerly end of Victoria Lane 35.00 feet to the place of beginning, subject to all legal highways and easements. In consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, the Grantor hereby gives, grants and conveys unto said Grantees, the right and easement to enter upon said premises and to lay, install, repair, and maintain therein a water main and all appurtenances connected therewith that in the opinion of the Grantees, their successors and assigns, may be necessary at any time, also, to turn off the water of any main, or to do any other thing that may be necessary or advisable in the judgement of said Grantees, their successors or assigns, in order to maintain or operate said main, pipes and appurtenancES in accordance with the ordinances, rules, EXHIBIT "A"
