LOGAN <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF $1,000 FROM THE REVENUE <br />SHARING FUND AND TO TRANSFER SAID SUM TO THE RECREATION PROGRAM FUND. <br />WHEREAS, under Ordinance 77-197, Section 3, Council did appropriate <br />funds for the payment of $12,400 of Recreation Center Expenses from the <br />Revenue Sharing Fund and <br />WHEREAS, under Ordinance 77-197, Section 4, Council did transfer an <br />appropriation in the Recreation Program Fund in the amount of $6,000 from <br />Capital Improvements to Recreation Center Expenses and <br />WHEREAS, the payments of the Recreation Center expenses so in provided <br />were charged in the amounts of $11,400 to the Revenue Sharing Fund and $7,000 <br />to the Recreation Program Fund, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the sum of $1,000 is hereby appropriated from the <br />Revenue Sharing Fund and transferred to the Recreation Program Fund. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall forward an attested copy <br />of the Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ' I <br />ATTEST: <br />G?? ? •??? <br />Nora T.
