? <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 78-28 <br />BY. <br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDING THE ACHIEVEMENT <br />OF EAGLE SCOUT AWARDS IN BOY SCOUTING <br />WHEREAS, Council has been apprised that the highest rank in <br />Boy Scouting - EAGLE SCOUT AtiVARD - has been attained by the <br />following boys: <br />Kevin McCarthy 21407 Bradley Road <br />Stuart L. Collins 6433 Christman Drive <br />Kenneth Keckler 3533 Beaumont Drive <br />Thomas Petrak 5389 Gareau Drive <br />Glenn McArdle 6069 Park Ridge Drive <br />David Linscott 5926 Forest Ridge Drive <br />Steven Walters 5912 Forest Ridge Drive <br />Scott Parry 28020 Angela Drive <br />Robert Schlauser 4049 Fielding Drive <br />Michael Duggan 25724 Byron Drive <br />Frank Becerra 28641 Jenkins Road <br />Jon S. Musial 27950 Sanders Lane <br />Mark Peracchio 23611 Carriage Lane <br />David Gerke 6869 Chadbourne Drive <br />Tim Smith 28374 Nandina Drive <br />John Moore 5029 Hampton Drive <br />Jon Philipp 6234 Columbia Road <br />William 0'Braitis 3463 Columbia Road <br />Mark Coming 6584 Louann Drive <br />John Provencher 3766 Canterbury Road <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, in order to attain such an award, these levels of <br />scouting had to be passed: Tenderfoot, Second Class Scout, <br />First Class Scout, Star Scout and Life Scout, and <br />WHEREAS, after having accomplished the above mentioned <br />challenges, these outstanding boys were interviewed and tested <br />by the Eagle Board of Review, and <br />WHEREAS, the above mentioned youths are continuing to actively <br />participate in boy scouting, and <br />WHEREAS, the reception of Eagle Scout Award by these young men <br />is a noteworthy accomplishment deserving of the congratulations <br />of the entire community. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLIMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO:
